A block of rooms have been reserved for November 21, 2013 - November 23, 2013. The special room rate will be available until November 1st or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.
Please keep in mind;
All overnight guests are required to provide $50 to cover incidentals charges; phone calls, bottled water, coffee, room service, etc.... The $50 is requested at check in. If no incidentals are charged to the room, the $50 is returned to the guest.
In the case of an early departure (checkout prior to the confirmed departure date of the reservation) the client will have a $50.00 + applicable taxes early departure fee added to their bill. This applies to all early departures that were not changed at check in and/or specified in writing on a revised rooming list, prior to arrival.
